Hotel Set Up Terms & Conditions
PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. BY USING, VIEWING, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZING THIS SITE, THE SERVICES OR FUNCTIONS OFFERED IN OR BY THIS SITE AND/OR THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE.
Junior's Arrangements may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, add, or remove all or portions of these terms and conditions without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will be effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following any changes to these terms and conditions shall be deemed acceptance of any such changes. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. Reservations are based on availability.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation date and time if you book through a form. The deposit is non-refundable, but goes towards your balance. Remaining balance must be sent by date of services (specifically by the time of completion). Junior's Arrangements reserves the right to change, or cancel the reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and time. If the customer cancels within 72 hours of reservation for any means, the deposit can be transferred to a new reservation date and time. The new reservation must be rebooked within 60 days from the date of the original reservation. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of reservation for any means, customer forfeits the non-refundable deposit in addition to any payments made. Junior's Arrangements will not transfer the original deposit to a new reservation.
Customers who do not confirm/respond, do not provide Junior's Arrangements decorators proper access to the room, or did not cancel their reservation with at least 3 hours notice are considered no-shows. Any payment received will not be refunded to the customer. If the customer needs to reschedule reservation within 24 hours, customer will be subject to a $150 rebooking fee and rescheduling is dependent on Junior's Arrangements' availability. All Goods received and accepted by Junior's Arrangements to provide Services to you, the customer, shall remain the property and risks of the Customer. The risks, title and liabilities on the Goods shall not in any way be with Junior's Arrangements. You, the customer, agree that Junior's arrangements is under no obligation to take out nor maintain any insurance policy I relation to our goods. Customer shall at their own cost provide all risk insurance including but not limited to allergies, fire, or additional damages If they wish to do so.
Please note that your booking is accepted on the understanding that Junior's Arrangements is not to be responsible for any cleaning or damages done upon leaving your set up. You accept liability for any addition third party fees incurred. Our company is not liable for any injury, damages, loss, accident, delay or other irregularities which may be cause by or resulting from our services. Junior's Arrangements does not under any circumstances book the hotel nor airbnb. The Set up fee included the set up materials and labor, does not include hotel parking fees nor the hotel booking fee.
Custom Bouquet Policy
All orders must either be paid in full online or require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (does go towards your order) if submitted offline or in form. This deposit is to be sent as soon as payment information is sent. NO DEPOSIT= NO ORDER (if applicable). By placing an order you are agreeing to these clear instructions on how to order, failure to comply will result in you not receiving an order. Changes are allowed up to 3 days before pick up/ delivery if materials have not already been purchased. Junior's Arrangements is not liable for orders AFTER pick up/ Delivery.
Cancellation/Late/ Replacements
To ensure we deliver the best service, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours before delivery. Once your order is en route or has been prepared, cancellation is not possible. If we have confirmed your order and you have confirmed it as well, refunds or replacements will not be available after delivery. Please email us with your order number and name to request cancellation. With all orders (Pick up, Delivery, Meet up), please try to be punctual or communicate with us if something comes up. Junior's Arrangements has a 15 minute grace period. If you fail to communicate that you are running behind , are unable to meet up at the time agreed on or will not be home at time of delivery; Your order will be cancelled or rescheduled at my convenience. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Substitution Policy
At Junior's Arrangements , we strive to deliver the freshest and highest quality floral arrangements to our customers. In some cases, due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances, certain flowers or colors may not be available at the time of ordering. When this occurs, our experienced floral designers will make every effort to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value that maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
